Gil Sanchez, FAIA, principal architect and owner, has practiced architecture for 30+ years and is licensed in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico. The California Council American Institute of Architects awarded him a Special Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation in 1989 and his career's work was honored by induction into the Fellows of the American Institute of Architects. He has presented at historic adobe and seismic retrofit conferences in California and Mexico.

| Ms. Daryl Allen, Historic Preservation Specialist, associated with the Sanchez firm for 18 years, writes Condition Assessments, Historic Structure Reports, Maintenance Programs and applications to the National Register of Historic Places.
